Governance
The board of directors
La Fabrique Culturelle is a non-profit association under Ivorian law, created in November 2013. Its board of directors, made up of volunteer members, sets the main directions, oversees the sound management of the association and supports the development of the project.
Women are in the majority in our governance: the board has four women and two men, and the association has been chaired by a woman since its creation.

Programming, cultural outreach, technical management, communication, welcoming the public: a permanent team keeps the venue alive all year round.
